Do your prints come with a whie border?

All sizes are printed edge-to-edge, allowing you to frame the prints as they are, or mount them inside a white border.

Do your prints come in a frame?

All prints are unframed.

How are the prints packaged? Will my print be safe?

All prints are made to order and carefully packaged in a protective tube or box to ensure the best quality and archival life by the time it reaches your door.

What paper do you use to print on?

All prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Matte (308gsm / 9.1oz yd), a museum archival quality paper with a natural white tone and excellent black saturation. It has a soft texture with a lightly defined felt structure.

All prints are unframed allowing you to pair the print with the frame of your choosing that will best compliment your home decor.


Do the images on your site accurately represent the product I will receive?

My hope is that every image here shows with a high degree of image accuracy. However, due to different colour calibrations between monitors, the visual representation may be approximate in some cases.

The printing process and reflections of light on the paper in your home may slightly affect the final quality.


What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted, such as Visa and Mastercard. PayPayl, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

Can I change my order after checkout has been completed?

Once an order has been automatically started at one of the printing facilities, I cannot make any changes. That said, I usually have a couple of hours to correct mistakes and make adjustments.

So, if you realise a mistake’s been made during the checkout process, please let me know immediately.

Can I get a custom sized print?

I am happy to help with custom requests. Please get in touch [email protected] and let me know a little bit more about how I can assist, including your location, which print (the URL would be great), and any other information.

I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.


How are the prints shipped?

All prints are carefully hand rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

I offer free international shipping on all orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately not. I must ship to a physical address.

As an alternative, I would be more than happy to arrange delivery to your company or work address.


My print arrived damaged - What do I do?

While I hope this never happens, it sometimes does. So if the product has been damaged in shipping, please send me a photo for verification of the damaged good to [email protected]

I’ll gladly send a replacement to you at no cost. Also, there’s no need to send the original shipment back.

I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not, let me know! Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there are any problems.

My prints are custom-made to order, so unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send me photo verification of the damaged goods to [email protected] I’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
